Our journey began in the small town of Kalasan, Madhepura, where students like us faced one common challenge: finding a safe, affordable, and verified room whenever we moved to another city for exams or college.

We saw how difficult it was for students coming from nearby districts like Saharsa, Supaul, and Bhagalpur to find a trusted place to stay. Many ended up in unverified PGs or unsafe rooms, wasting both time and money — sometimes even getting cheated by fake owners or brokers.

That’s when we realized — there has to be a better way.
A platform that connects students directly with verified house owners, without middlemen, without confusion. A platform made by students, for students.

And that’s how Quark Housing was born — with a mission to simplify the student housing experience in small towns and growing cities.

We started with a small vision:
